Apple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup sugar
• cinnamon to taste
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• dash salt
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder

• 2 cups thinly sliced apples (or grated)

Directions:

Mix apples and 1/2 cup sugar and put in pie tin. Add cinnamon. Mix the other 1/2 cup sugar, butter, salt, egg, flour, and baking powder, spread over the apple mixture, spreading it up to the edges. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
