I receive more address labels than I can possibly use from a variety of charities. If you donate by mail, you will likely be inundated with requests, many of which will contain a free gift of labels.
Alternately, if I do choose to purchase some, I do so from a charity that uses this as a fundraiser.

Also I find them handy to carry in my purse when completing name and address for credit card, a drawing, give to a new friend, etc. They are certainly more legible than my handwriting. lol
I carry address labels in my billfold and use them when I need to fill in something (like a contest entry) that requires my name and address. I've also started using them when I need to tape something temporarily, rather than using my scotch tape.
