Cucumber Slices in Sour Cream

Ingredients:

• 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup sour cream

• 1 Tbsp. vinegar
• 1-2 drops Tabasco
• 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
• 1 tsp. dill weed

Directions:

Sprinkle salt over cucumbers and let stand 30 minutes. Drain well. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over cucumbers. Chill well before serving.
