These are better than takeout - honest!

  • 2 cups broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 Naan Breads or 3 Pocketless Pitas
  • 1/2 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

In a medium skillet heat olive oil. Add garlic and broccoli, and stir over medium heat about one minute. Place breads on a cookie sheet. Top with sauce, then broccoli/garlic mixture. Dollop ricotta evenly over each pizza and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
