Sauteing Frozen Vegetables?

I am making crab cakes. Can I saute frozen onion, celery and bell pepper instead of fresh? Will I sacrifice flavor?

You can definitely use frozen and will not sacrifice flavor as long as the frozen veggies don't have freezer burn.

I always use frozen onions, bell peppers, and celery, and I can't tell the difference between them being frozen or fresh. I have just used the last frozen bell peppers, from last year, and when these next ones come in, I will freeze more.

I have two bags of onions(frozen) in my freezer, right now. And also two bags of celery. Weezy
