Chia Seeds help with constipation, Chia Seeds absorb water, they take on a gel-like consistency. In addition, much of the fiber in Chia Seeds is soluble fiber.Sprinkle on cereal and oatmeal. Chia Seeds are only $2.99 at Aldi's Foods.

Chia seeds are great health benefits overall and You dont even taste it :) Or hardly noticeable.

I add chia seeds in my smoothies, juices, tea too!
