Circuit Breaker On But No Power?

My circuit breaker is in the on position. The orange light on the breaker is on, and there is no power.

Over time, or with a surge, breakers can quit. You may want to replace the breaker to start. If a new breaker doesn't solve the problem, call in an electrician.
