My living room wall colour is light green and dark green (3 walls have light green and 1 wall has dark green). Please can anybody give me a suggestion for curtains colour.

Your windows look lovely as they are. But, if you want to cover them, lace would be pretty.
That is a very colourful room. Here in Canada, we would likely go with something very neutral as curtains or blinds - white, or perhaps beige or off white. If you wish to block light, I would use mini-blinds and then sheer white curtains over, for a light, airy look. However, styles might be different in India.
