I need a free printable manual for my Galloping Gourmet Cuisine Express Model number AX707A.
This is an older cooker but still very popular and there are links to free manuals and recipes on Google so you can take your pick of which site to make your download.

There also two other brands that are like your Galloping Gourmet so if you or anyone else sees something that refers to the Decosonic you will know it is the same as your cooker.

Just in case you're interested there are several different cookbooks available for your cooker and most are not very expensive. One of these can make a big in how you use your cooker. Most of these books have lots of information about the cooker also. Books can be found on many sites; eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc

Is there a repair diagram for the motor and fan for the Galloping Gourmet convection oven? I have taken it apart to fix the broken bolt mounts, and I am having a hard time getting it back together.
Where can I buy a replacement glass bowl for my Galloping Gourmet Cuisine Express?
eBay does have bowls for this appliance but they are not cheap.
there seems to be 2 models of the Galloping Gourmet Oven so look for the number on your machine.
You can look at some of the pictures to be sure you are looking at the correct machine.

If you know which machine you have you may place a wanted ad on Craigslist, Nextdoor.com and Freecycle or other sites to see if anyone has a bowl that will fit your oven or even another complete oven they wish to sell at a good price.
Check flea markets and yard sales and put a wanted notice on NextDoor and Facebook Marketplace. You may even find one at a thrift store.
Hope you can find one reasonable. They are so expensive.

I have had the best luck with Retrevo in the past but it looks like they may have changed their site.
Try looking it up on Ask.com. I find answers to a lot of questions there or go to the brand site and look. They might have someplace where you could request one. Hope this helps.
All you have to do is go to Google Search, put in what you're looking for and you'll probably find it there.
Where can I get replacement parts for the Galloping Gourmet Cuisine Express oven? I just broke the bowl stand and want to replace it.
Your best bet is to look on eBay.
I usually buy replacement parts from pieces at Goodwill or Salvation Army or Yard sales.
But that is time consuming to find what I want, but cheap!!
Maybe there is a way to rig something on your own.
Can you post a picture of what broke? Is it a clean break?
My hubby taught me it might not always look good, but duct tape fixes lots of things!!! Our bathroom sink was fixed with it for 10 years before we finally could get it replaced! Just a thought!
I have the model #707 and today my timer knob broke. I would love to replace the knob and would hate to have to purchase a new oven. This was a gift and I love this oven. I use it 6 out of 7 days most weeks. Please help! I've searched the internet for a phone number and each number I try is either out of service or not available from my calling area.
This is going to be hard to find. My best advice would be to get another one on eBay and keep both for parts. As the oven gets older, other parts will wear out.
Not sure you will find this part but there are a lot of these ovens for sale on eBay and probably more on Amazon and other web sites.
