Flushed a Magic Eraser Down the Toilet?

I flushed a used Magic Eraser in the toilet, but it flushed fine. Do you think it will clog in the future?

This all depends on your sewer in your home. If you have not had any issues so far you might have gotten lucky and it passed all the way through. Just keep checking and if you see the water is not flushing correctly I would have a plumber come out and take a look just in case it is clogging or stuck to a tree root or something.

If you have good pipes there, you should be okay. We have super old ones and when that happened, we had to have a plumber come out same day.

If you haven't noticed anything, you might've gotten lucky-- but things can build up.

If you have had enough time sense the incident ,(many days) you may be fine. Luck has found you!

There are a lot of variables to your question and one would be do you live in a house or an apartment?
Usually apartment buildings have straighter sewer lines that have to accommodate several units and your piece might just go straight out to the main sewer line.

If you live in a house (or mobile home) you may experience a problem if the sewer is older and/or has a lot of twists and curves as these tend to be easily clogged.
Was eraser full size or wore down? maybe only half size?

If you have not had problems for several days you may be lucky and the piece has glowed out. If your commode is sluggish you might want to try using a good plunger but if you use this be sure to research online the best way to use one - really!

I think you should contact Mr. Clean help center and ask for advice.
(Get a laugh when you read their site name!!).
