It would help if we knew what the make and model is of the washing machine.
Step 1
Check your hot water hoses that go to your washing machine. Make sure they aren't clogged.
Step 2
Take off the hot water hose and clean the screen.
Step 3
Make sure you have both the hot and cold water open when filling your machine.
These are some simple steps and things you can check now. If you can give us the make and model of the machine it would be easier to suggest some other thngs to try.
