You need to undress the dolls and find identifying marks. Some dolls are expensive and most are not.
I'm not sure anyone can help you with these as most of these types of dolls have always been produced in the thousands and sold to every type of store, including drug stores and gift stores.
There are only a few doll makers that made twins like these. Kingstate is the first I would think of. Seymour Mann is another. Wolff, too.
Their faces are so precious and all so alike that they may be made by a person with doll parts.
Look on the back of their necks for ANY markings at all. Look on their backs and tummies, too.
If those dont work, take a photo of two of them and search on Google Lens.
