I found these on my window and they look like eggs! A couple of days later I also noticed them (possibly same eggs) on my washing line so I'm really freaked as to what they are! Does anyone know? Thanks!

Maybe it is just me, but it looks like bird poop.
There are white cabbage worm eggs so I guess it is possible they got lost looking for leaves and laid them on a window, but I have never seen that. Anything is possible with mother nature these days.
A good wash down with vinegar on paper towels should get rid of them.
You can do the same on your laundry line.
