Is he a bottle? I see a lot of sleeping "hillbilly on moonshine" barrel figurines (not bottles--but that would be cool) on eBay and Etsy.
I did not see an exact match of yours at the moment, but they were quite popular in the past and are frequent flyers online.
I have also seen them at Goodwill and Salvation army.
Even if you ID it, some sellers won't have a clue and they will just advertise it as "sleeping hillbilly" or "drunk farmer" or "sleeping man in overalls" figurine.
There are thousands of varieties out there! I hope you can find yours and that is not like finding a needle in a haystack (sorry for the semi punny response) :)
