It looks like an Ashley Belle doll. These are mass-produced and not worth more than $25. picclick.com/Porcelain-Doll-Ashley-Belle-Collectible...

Can you offer any more history? Approx year? How tall? Her hands are porcelain also? What is her body composition--fiber/fabric or plastic, etc.? Do her clothing have any tags?

Any markings on her feet, back or butt? Or just on the neck. She is lovely. Maybe with a little more information I can help! Thanks!
