If you undress the doll and still do not find markings, it is a good bet the doll is not worth much.
How tall is she? Is her face made from porcelain (smooth) or bisque (rough)?
Can you tell me what her body is stuffed with (like fiberfill--feels squishy or saw dust--feels crunchy)?
Do her clothing have any tags in the seams? Are they machine stitched (even stitching?)
She is very sweet and at first glance looks newer (1980s or older) but without more info I am hesitant to guess and give you a value.
