Try to undress the doll and see if there are markings on her body. Look underneath the stand for markings, too. If there aren't any, it is probably not worth much.

She is interesting! Can you tell me how tall she is and what she is made of? Like is the face porcelain or plastic?

At first pass I though she may be one of the new Barbies that has different shapes, but then I think she is too thin.

There are a lot of good Facebook groups that help ID dolls. You may want to join Let's ID Our Dolls and see if they an help. They need you to join and they have directions for how to post pix. You cannot talk about value there, but once you get a good ID, I can help you value her if that is what you eventually need to know.
