Identifying a Porcelain Doll?

Identifying a Porcelain Doll - doll wearing a plaid dress with a dark jacket and matching hair bow, plus eyeglassesSo I got this doll on eBay in April and I've been trying to figure out where she originated from maker wise. I have tried reverse image searching and I can't find anything close to her. Please let me know if you have any idea where she came from, the year would be helpful as well.

This looks like a mass-produced doll. Undress it to find the identifying marks and then you can contact the company to tell you the name of the doll.

She is very cute!! I think she may be either a Dynasty brand doll or an Emerald Collection Doll.

Those are the two brands I remember making dolls with glasses. There may have been others, but those are the two I remember from when I sold dolls back in the 1980s/1990s.

The mark "F 84 85" leads me to believe this is the mold years (mold of the head). So she most likely was either molded and/or manufactured in 1984-1985. They sometimes used the molds for longer so she theoretically could be made any time AFTER 1985.

I can't find my one resource to remember if Dynasty was a US based company--I think they were. The dolls may have been made in the US or outsourced to another country.

Emerald Collection Dolls were imports from China if I remember right. Distributed in the US for sure, maybe in other places.

If you are asking about value, please let me know and I can share some info that may help. (Spoiler alert--they have not held their value in the open market but I can give you some hints and tips if you are trying to sell).
