How tall is she? Are the ribbons blue or green?
If she is 18 inches and the ribbons are green, she may be Maureen the Irish bride. She sells consistently (on eBay) in the $5 range (plus shipping).
If she is not 18 inches, I would need more info on the ribbon color and her height and I can give you a better value idea.
I will tell you she appears to be missing a hat and maybe flowers or other accessories and if she doesn't have the box, all of those things have to be counted in to the value and without them, it will be lower.
