I have this male doll 30/250, that is signed and has a #, but I cannot make out the letters in front of Claus. Any ideas or anyone know this doll? I paid a lot and would like to know its value today. It has eye lashes, moisture on bottom of nose as if in the cold and very faint freckles. It is really beautiful.

It is probably an Ashton Drake or Franklin Mint doll. It has most privacy decreased in value since you bought it. Many of them are asking $25 or less on eBay.
Can you show the mark in an up close photo? He looks like what I call "reborn" dolls where someone makes these to look realistic. Often these are made and sold by private artists for collectors.
The marks you mention don't sound familiar, but if I could see it, it could ring a bell.

That's OK. I belong to a number of really good Facebook groups that are very knowledgeable. Maybe one of the lovely folks in that group can help you just by seeing his face.
The one group is called Let's Id our dolls! You have to ask to join, read their rules and when you are approved, you can ask for help with the identification. It is easier to help you if you can show us a photo for the marks you are talking about. This could be a doll that holds its value over the years and also a collectors dolls that doll collectors pay a lot of money to own.
