I have seen this giraffe before. He looks a lot like the one from Fiesta. I know they have a little newer model of the same giraffe listed here - www.stuffedsafari.com/.../fa-a49657.htm. These toys do change over the years but I do belive this one is yours.

If his body has beans stuffing, I think he is aTy Pluffies Tiptop Giraffe. If his stuffing is cotton fiber fill, I think he is a Mary Meyers. Very cute!
