Identifying a Stuffed Mouse Toy?

Identifying a Stuffed Mouse Toy? - stuffed praying, kneeling mouseI have this kneeling angel mouse. It looks like it's praying. For the life of me I can not find it anywhere and the tag is blank. How do I find this mouse? I've looked and looked. If you notice the stitching is not of high quality work like a TY Beenie, but it's still curious I can not find one anywhere.

I am not sure how old yours is, but I think it was the 1990s that Walmart sold baptism boxed sets that had a plush animal praying and a blanket. I know they had bears and sheep...they may have had a mouse. I don't remember the brand--maybe whatever the walmart brand is...which escapes me.

My other thought is that while it resembles the Beannie 10th anniversary praying angel, the quality, like you said, is not there and the snout is not right.

It is possible that a good seamstress made him--the wings materials looks like it doesn't go with the body.

If you post him on another site and someone recognizes him, let me know. I sold plushies for years and he definitely is not from any of the brands I know--at least not US stock--so I doubt he is Russ, Enesco or Mary Meyer.

Thanks for sharing!

Go to Facebook , Twitter, etc. and ask , Does Anybody Know Me, question. There is someone who has or knows where to get this. A lot of people love Trivia and seek to find. I feel hopeful that you will get the answer. That will be a good start!

I have to agree with Pghgirl140 about this being a set that was sold at Wallmart and also at Target. I did get one of these set for my niece when I was invited to her baptism and needed to. I took the cow one and it looked a lot like this one did.

I can see the back of the wings is the same material as the stuffed animal and this was how hers was made. When I was there I think they had a dog, cat, and cow. I thought the cow one was so cute and decided on this one.

Usually when trying to find something unusual like this it requires a larger showing and that is usually best accomplished by asking on forums where people have a lot of knowledge about the same type of item.

You can probably find out more information if posted on some or all of the following sites: You will have to join before you can post. Be sure to give measurements.
