Identifying the Maker and Age of a Figurine?

Identifying the Maker and Age of a FigurineI'm wondering the maker and age. Also I think she is holding a bunny, but it only has one ear, but there appears to be no place for the other to have been missing. She has blond hair and blues eyes. There is a basket and hat on the ground. She glistens. Green grass and pink shoes. It appears to be hand painted. The eyelashes look familiar and there is a Made in China sticker on bottom. When I use a flashlight the hat seems to have had yellow paint. Maybe the paint was washed off?

It will be hard to identify this. I think the "Made in China" sticker means it is mass-produced and the maker's mark was never even there.

Youre right, but the eyes look familiar to me.
