Hard to tell for sure from the pic (would have helped to see a full body and side shot), but the puppy does look like the genuine article.
I presume by "full-blooded" you mean is the animal "pedigree". If you bought it from a licensed breeder registered with your Animal Control you would have received a written pedigree from the breeder.
