We will be doing some kitchen remodeling. I have walnut colored cabinets, black appliances, and a ceramic tile floor with gray and sage green tiles. What color countertops would look good? We want to do granite or quartz. What color wall paint?

Lol, you have my kitchen! A light shade of grey goes excellent with that color combination. Not as dark as the grey in the floor, but a shade lighter. I wouldn't suggest anything with the green tone in it.
I'm sorry, I failed to give you an idea for wall color. I have a very light shade of green on my walls. It is almost white with a hint of spring green. It is a Glidden Paint called Glace and samples would be in the Hint of Color Sample chart.
