We are fixing chicken on a stick for about 150 people. How much chicken do I need to buy?

Most caterers suggest 3 to 4 oz. of meat per guest. For 150 people, that would be somewhere between 28 and 38 pounds of chicken. You might be able to get away with less, depending on what else you might be serving. Let us know how it turns out.
