Maytag Error Code?

I have a Maytag series 2000 front loader that has an error code F1 E2. I have gone in and cleared the pump filter and there were items in there. However, now it still will not cycle and still shows the F1 E2 code. I also cannot unlock the front door to remove items to run a test.
