My New Home sewing machine no. 593103485 will not sew. The needle does not go up or down. The machine is making the right sewing noise, but not moving the needle.

You might have forgotten to tighten the inner wheel on the right side of the machine if you had filled up a bobbin.

Disregarding for a minute the foot pedal, will the needle move if you manually turn the hand crank / wheel on the right side of the machine?
No l have tried to move the wheel but it wont move, forward or back.But thank you for your answear.
