Remedy for Perm Damaged Hair?

I permed my hair like 3 weeks ago, but I guess I didn't do it right. My hair is super dry and frizzy. I went and had it cut, but still looks the same. My end hair pieces break off really easily. I was thinking to relax my hair. Do you guys think it would be safe to do it or what can I do because I really want my hair to be straight and healthier?

Basically, you'll need to do olive oil treatments to your hair for a week or longer. You will put the oil in your hair and use a plastic night cap on your hair. Sleep with the oil in your hair and in the morning wash it out with hot water. Condition your hair with a heavy conditioner to remove the damage in your hair.
