It is so sad that the dolls cost so much when you first purchased them. In the last few years, dolls are no longer items that sells well at all and the markets online are flooded with them. Dolls like this ae now netting around $5 to $10 only. Right now is a terrible time to try and sell one of these and it is best if you can hang on to it a bit longer and hopefully the market can improve.

Collectors Choice - very popular dolls. The are hundreds on line for sale. Unfortunately they are not bringing in more than $25 on a good day.

Maybe a yard sale or bid pricing could bring you close to the price you want!

Have you tried typing collectors choice doll in red outfit in google or eBay? Those might give you a good starting point but I dont think those dolls are worth very much as of right now. :-/ good luck though!
You can also try different variations in your search to help if you need, you can add things like vintage or more details about the doll.

How tall is she? If she is 17 or 18 inches (I forget which) she is part of one of the many winter beauty series. They sell (if they sell) for $10-20 with buyer paid shipping. One just sold for $18 recently.

If she is under 12 inches she is probably part of one of the many Victorian Christmas series. They are selling (if they sell) for $3-10 dollars with buyer paid shipping. I have not seen one sell in a long time, most are sitting online unsold.

Dolls in general are very slow sellers and value has just been getting lower and lower over the years as so many retirees are dumping their 'collectibles' and many do not really care how much they sell for.
These dolls are so pretty and most little girls turn their nose up at a doll!
They are into cell phones and electronics and such and dolls are not on very many 'wanted' lists.

Sometimes it helps to look at listings to know what we are saying about value. Here is a link to Collectors Choice dolls on eBay so you can see that even asking prices are generally very low and they are still not selling.
These dolls were made in several sizes and generally the larger the doll the more value - but not always.

A sold price is the only price you can consider as 'current value' and not very many are selling. Looking at the sold prices on eBay it is easy to see that some sellers are paying eBay money to sell their dolls as there cannot be any profit in some of these sales.

I hope you like your doll and decide to keep her or perhaps donate her to a thrift store (some will no longer take dolls as they do not sell very quickly).

These dolls have zero market value (well, $5 to $20) and zero pedigree because they were all mass-produced and have flooded the market

There's a niche thing that has been trendy but even now is probalby 'jumping the shark', and that is, the trend of selling "haunted dolls" - www.etsy.com/.../haunted_doll
