It looks like a centipede
Ick...sorry...I have never seen one like him. If it were me, I would scoop him into a glass jar, seal it tightly, double bag and take him to the nearest garden center or hardware store to get an ID on him.
Once you know what he is, you can figure out a good natural way to make him and his friends go bye bye and not come back!

He may be a variant on a silver fish..but they usually have a pretty standard look (at least in my neck of the woods). You don't say where you are from, so if you Google silverfish and your city, you may find he matches a home grown version. The ones I battle periodically in Pittsburgh are like this one:

I thought I was the only one on this site old enough to know about firebrats. Are you sure you just turned 40?
I think I've seen a few of those before. They aren't centipedes, nor even closely related. It's an insect, in fact. I'm fairly positive it's some species' larva. Your picture's a bit hard to tell details on the head, though. If it's got a sort of small, pale, almost worm-like head, then it's a firefly larva.
It is a lacewig. It's still a juvenile.
