Which dolls have the highest value?
They vary in price. On eBay some are as low as $10 and others almost $100. www.ebay.com/
Hi,
Katrina is the most expensive doll that I have found on ebay.com. She is listed at $2999.00. She is one of only 1000 dolls made, and, as an original, merits a large price. She is dressed to reflect the era of the year 1861.
Katrina is 19 inches in height and plays the music to 'Some Enchanted Evening'. She has lots of special touches on her, such as patent leather shoes.
You can see her at the following link:

Have a blessed day!

Thank you for sharing.
So are you asking for the dolls in general that have the most value, or the Betty Jane Carter dolls? If it is just the Betty Jane Carter, are you talking about the Goebel's? If so, there are a zillion styles.
This link is eBay sorted from most valuable (SOLD prices) to least. The highest selling are in the 60 dollar range at the bottom end they are going for as low as .99 cents plus shipping for the "Judy" dolls:

I hope this is what you are looking for for values. If you have a specific doll in mind, match your exact doll to a sold one and that will give you today' market value.
Never use asking price, that just tells you what a seller wants to get for it. Sold tells you what someone will actually pay for it!
Post back if you need more info!!
I have a Betty Jane Carter bride doll (Goebel) Designer Bette Ball 1993
Limited Edition Mary Beth
These mass-produced dolls are worth $25 and usually less.
Your pretty gal just sold on eBay for 9.99 plus shipping.
I was wondering if you would be able to tell me the value of a Pistachio the Clown doll? It is a Betty Jane Carter doll.
Thank you
The asking price on eBay is $40.
Aww! So cute!
Sadly these sweeties are not selling at the moment at any price.
There was a lot of 10 clowns with this one included listed on PicClik or Letgo not long ago for $30 and it went unsold for months.
The market for all dolls is VERY soft at the moment and add to that, doll season is very short, with Mother's Day and Christmas, being the two biggest buying times.
You can hold on to it and see if any that are currently being offered sell, although Pistachio is currently not even up for auction on eBay--several of the other ones are, but not your exact sweetie.
When valuing dolls, it is very important to do apples to apples pricing--so wait to see if you find Pistachio and how much it sells for to get your current market value.
One tip though, a lot of sellers are flippers and have no clue about the doll's name...so when searching eBay, search for the brand name and clown and look for a visual match or if there are too many, add the color...like green. This will help you see if the market is changing and Pistachio sells.
Thanks for sharing! The sweet face made me smile AND get hungry for pistachios!
I notice that most of the BJ Carter Dolls asked about are designed by "Betty Ball" but mine was designed by "Betty Jean Carter" according to the writing on her back. Does this make a big difference when pricing?
What can I sell original limited edition musical porcelain dolls by Betty Jane Carter,1987 House of Global Art-Item nos: 912700-75, 912701-79, 912702-77, 912703-77 for? They are in the original boxes, unopened. Will they be worth any more in the future?

I have a Betty Jane Carter doll, "Christine", which is number 147 of 500. She also has a music box, which plays Mozart's Lullaby. I was wondering what the value of this doll is?

I don't see your exact doll on eBay but another musical one sold for $50. Jane Carter dolls in general seem to sell for $10 to $50.
