Here is the only "copycat" from McCormick's web site (it does "say" sprinkles.

A good tip:
Test Kitchen Tip: For best results, use a coffee grinder to combine ingredients. This will make a finer grind and allow the flavors to blend better.
This is a web site to a grocery store line that I have occasionally found "rare" blends but you will have to ask them to please check all of their stores as there are too many to call yourself.
McCormick's discontinued my husband's favorite seasoning. Does anyone have a copycat recipe?
When you find that an item (especially from McCormick) is difficult to find you can usually bet that it has been discontinued. This Grill Mate has been discontinued for almost a year.
I don't see any at the moment, but I have purchased many discontinued products on eBay. That doesn't help in the immediate, but it can be a good source for the item going forward.
Always be aware of the seller feedback and stay away from those with less than 99% feedback--ideally, only buy from someone with 100% but that sometimes is a challenge.
Ask about expiration dates if they aren't in the ad.
Two last suggestions
1. call the company and complain. I do this frequently--very politely of course--and they sometimes offer free coupons for their other products--which is a small consolation--but it tells them that their items are still in demand. Their contact info is www.mccormick.com/
2. put that ingredient list into google and see what comes up...there may be a similar product on the market.
I so hate when companies do this....

Too bad this has been discontinued but I feel sure they will have something similar soon. Somehow copycat recipes are not always the same and need to be adjusted/changed to create what everyone feels tastes like the "original".
I just made meatloaf using Tempo brand meatloaf seasoning (in a box)
Does anyone have a copycat recipe for McCormick's salmon casserole. It was purchased in Australia and came in a sachet (powder form).
My sister-in-law used to make this, but unfortunately it was discontinued.I'm looking for a copycat recipe for the discontinued generic Grill Mates steak rub. I used to always put it in burgers and it's one of the few that salt isn't the first ingredient. The label ingredients if it helps are: Garlic, spices and herbs (including black pepper), salt, brown sugar, onion, paprika, silicon dioxide (added to make free flowing), sunflower oil, and spice extracts.
I am looking for copy cat recipe for McCormick's Pepper Seasonal All. They discontinued this product.
Does anyone have a copycat recipe for McCormick's Beef Marinade?
Someone is selling it on eBay:
www.ebay.com/
Or if you are creative, you could take their ingredient list and try to assemble your own version. You may even come up with something better:
onion, spices (including black pepper, mustard, paprika), dextrose, salt, corn maltodextrin (Maltodextrin is a white powder made from corn, rice, potato starch, or wheat--a "flour" if you will), garlic, soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt), lemon juice solids, natural flavor (Lord only knows what that means) and bromelain (tenderizer) (it is a pineapple derivative you can buy in some health food stores).
Post back if you nail it!! That would make a lot of folks happy!!
This has been discontinued for a while and that is the reason you see these exorbitant prices on eBay.
www.ebay.com/
a homemade version might be made with salt, powdered onion, black pepper, mustard, paprika, cumin, salt, corn starch, garlic, soy sauce or Braggs liquid aminos, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and maybe some apple cider vinegar. Also maybe a bit of honey
Does anyone have an even close recipe for the discontinued McCormick Gourmet Bourbon Spiced Pork Recipe and Seasoning Mix? This is so good, my kids loved it ~ have no idea why it was discontinued.
It is difficult to understand why McCormick decides to discontinue some of their products and they offer no explanations - email from them more or less says - when its gone its gone.
As far as I can find no one has came up with a copycat of this mix.
The link that Judy gave sounded good until I noticed McCormick Gourmet Bourbon Spiced Pork Recipe and Seasoning Mix in the ingredients list.

Does anyone have the recipe for McCormick's Grill Mates Southwest Marinade? It was discontinued and my dad loves it and he just ran out of his last packet.
Any help would be appreciated! These recipes are carefully guarded. I have a list of ingredients. The first one, spices, is pretty vague. Good luck.
Spices, Onion, Dextrose, Salt, Garlic, Yellow Corn Flour, Red Bell Pepper, Silicon Dioxide (Added to Make Free Flow- Ing), Red Pepper, Citric Acid, Jalapefvo Pepper, Extractives of Paprika, and Natural and Artificial Flavor.
When this happens to me, I frequent eBay to find it being sold...it is usually pricy, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. I have done this with make up and such also...any brand name that gets discontinued.
Just be sure to check with the seller for expiring dates and be sure the seller has 100% good feedback, I personally never buy from anyone with less than 99 but prefer 100%!
Good luck!!
