Chinese Style Pork (or Beef)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked diced pork or beef
  • 1/2 cup broth
  • 2 cans Chinese vegetables, drained but save juice
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3 tsp. brown sugar
  • Ad

  • 4-5 dashes soy sauce
  • 2-3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • chow mein noodles

Directions:

Combine broth (chicken, beef of pork), broth from vegetables, vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce. Stir in the cornstarch that has been mixed with a little of the vegetable broth to liquify. Add veggies and meat. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles. Serves 4.
