We know that cinnamon is very good for us. We know low-fat cottage cheese is good for us. Put them together for a yummy side dish or treat any time of the day! Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of cinnamon over 1/2 to 1 cup of cottage cheese, then mix in some sprinkles of natural, calorie-free sweetener granules (like "Truvia"). Fantastic!
