Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup carrots (diced)
- 1 cup celery (diced)
- 1 cup potatoes (cubed)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomatoes
Directions
Brown the hamburger and drain. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 45 minutes.
