Substitute Whipped Cream

This is a recipe on how to make whipped cream by substituting ingredients. It is quick and easy. It is from scratch and fresh. I love it.

My Mom used to make whipped cream using a partly frozen can evaporated milk beaten until almost stiff and then adding the sugar, and beating until stiff. We had this with strawberries and cake. I love this.
