Ingredients
- 3-4 lb. ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions
Season ribs, place in roasting pan. Roast 30 minutes in 450 degree F oven. Lower heat to 350 degrees F. Bake 30 minutes longer. Combine remaining ingredients in pan and bring to a boil and pour over ribs. Continue baking 45 minutes. Baste every 15 minutes.
