What I love about this recipe is the burst of orange in an otherwise delicious apple desert. The cardamom marries well with the cinnamon. Feel free to play with the ingredients. I did and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome.

Does anyone have a recipe for apple crisp that does not have rolled oats in it? I used to have a recipe that used flour, not oats. A diabetic recipe would also be wonderful, but not necessary.
