It looks like a Kewpie doll. There are many different prices on eBay. www.ebay.com/
Do you have any more pictures? What is it stuffed with? How tall? Is the body wool? Is the face rubber or plastic or celluloid? The face is called a half face or mask face but I don't have enough information to confirm person made or machine made or age.
I have been unable to find any baby doll even resembling all of the features of your doll.
Someone may be able to provide more information if you post several more pictures; a good front picture of the full face showing face and hair as well as a good full body picture of front and back (not slanted). We also need information about material of face and body as well as size.
Otherwise you might be able to get some information from one the the forums. You will have to join the groups and they will want the same information and pictures that we're asking for.
