I found a porcelain doll with glass eyes and the number on the back of her neck. Can someone help me identify her?

The number on the back of the neck does not fit any famous doll makers marking that I can find. This doll could come from a kit that a person made for their child or grandchild. it is very hard to tell who actually made this doll from the marking on the back of her head.
A Google search showed that House of Lloyd sometimes used that serial number, but I did not find much about that specific doll. Especially without clothing it is hard to tell. It is no doubt at most a 25 year old doll, however
