I have not seen one sell since last Christmas and they had an average sale price of 8-10 dollars (sale in this case means SOLD, what people paid, not asking prices). Unfortunately, many also sat unsold at those low prices.
I see someone is asking 29.99 dollars for her on eBay at the moment. You can watch that one and see if it sells, but sellers tend to ask crazy high prices and then take the lowball best offer.
If you are going to list her, you can start in the next 2 weeks as people are gearing up for Christmas already.
