I see more pug in this sweet baby than anything so perhaps it is a Chug (Chihuahua Pug mix).
If that is the case, be sure to establish good vet care for your baby as Pugs have a whole host of respiratory issues that require regular medical look sees to keep them healthy!
What a sweet face!!! Perhaps the vet can give you the best guess by looking at teeth, hips, bones etc.

I think there is some pitbull in this dog.
I see some pug or shar pei because of the lil wrinkles. So cute!
I think there is Shar Pei in the mix. Visually, I don't see any visual Chihuahua characteristics.
What a cutie! This may be a "chipit", a pit bull chihuahua mix. Google chipit and you will see several that look like him. I love the lifejacket!
