My dog was spayed a day ago and she hasn't been eating her crumbs, just drinking water. Should I be worried or wait till further days?

24 hours I wouldn't worry. More than that, I would call the vet. He/she can give you best info. Post back with an update on the pup. Prayers for healing!
While waiting, see what if she will eat cooked chicken breast or canned white meat of chicken. Leg and thigh meat is too fatty for dogs. This often gets them past post surgery food blahs.
Drinking is more important than eating. If it continues another day I would call the vet.
Give her another few hours. When I've had major surgery, I didn't feel like eating for a couple of days, sometimes more. When my kitty Starr was spayed, the vet gave me pain meds to give her.
They might have an effect on her appetite if you're giving them to her.
Her appetite may be off after surgery,give it a day or 2 at most.She will be back to her old self(follow up with the advice of Vet after surgery wounds.

This can be totally normal and a dog can go up to 3 days without eating. I would not allow it to go that long. After an operation the dog has or could have an upset stomach and they just do not want to eat food.
