This is a good dessert for hot weather because it is chilled before serving.

Beat peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar. Gently fold in 3 cups Cool Whip. Spoon into pie shell and smooth to edges of pie shell.

Microwave topping for 1 minute. Spread over pie. Refrigerate until serving time. Top with rest of Cool Whip, leaving 1-2 inch gap between crust and toppings.

This pie has a crunchy crust. Also it has a very creamy middle. It is chocolate and has a peanut butter taste. It needs to go in the refrigerator and it is a cold pie. It's perfect for the hot summers because you don't even need to bake it!

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 oz.) container firm silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
  • Advertisement

  • some chopped chocolate covered pretzels (optional)

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Warm over medium heat.
  3. Pour mixture into pre-made pie crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

This pie may be frozen and thawed for use at a later time. It does not require any baking. You may decorate with fruit or whipped topping, as desired.

I would like a recipe for Peanut Butter pie. Thank you.

My boyfriend just mixes peanut butter with whipped cream, pour into a chocolate pie crust ( or you could use a graham cracker crust ) and top with remaining whipped cream and/or chocolate syrup. Simple and tasteful. You could alter it and add in some crushed peanut butter cups or whatever you like.

I use 8 ounces of cream cheese, 8 ounces of whipped topping, about a half a cup of peanut butter, and about 1/3 cup granulated sugar. Whip it all up and pour it into a graham cracker crust (I like the chocolate ones too.)

I'm sure there are many different ones. I use a graham cracker crust. In small bowl mix 1/3 cup creamy p.butter with 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Use a fork to make this mixture become crumbs. Put 1/2 mixture in pie crust.

Then mix one box of instant vanilla pudding. Then put it in the pie crust and add a little bit more of the crumb mixture. Last add a container of your favorite whipped topping. I use cool whip and then put the rest of the crumbs for decoration.

Our peanut butter cream cheese pie is similar to the others, but here it is.

Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pie (9-inch pie)

12 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons milk
1 1/8 cups powdered sugar
1 1/8 cups peanut butter (or 1 1/2 cups, depending on how much peanut taste is desired)
12 ounces frozen whipped topping
9-inch graham cracker pie shell
3/4 cup coarsely chopped peanuts

In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter and milk; beat until smooth and creamy. Fold peanut butter mixture into whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 5-6 hours or overnight. Garnish with chopped peanuts. Dottie
