Responsibilities of Financier with POA in India?
You need to consult someone with some knowledge of the laws of your country. Offhand, I wouldnt do such a transaction here in Canada. It sounds dangerous to me.

With regard to the denture tablets, I suspect they will not remove the tarnish. They are not made for that at all.

Repairing Damage to Leather Handbag?
I cant think of any way to repair that sort of damage. Is it a real leather handbag, or synthetic? If it was more of a sporty bag, you might be able to glue a patch on it that might look cute, but since this is such a dressy bag, I think you should check out...

If you are lucky, Bruce, an electrician, will reply. He always has good advice, and can solve many problems, although often the best advice he has, at the end, is to call in an electrician. Me -- Id call an electrician. But hopefully, Bruce will help you out...

Value of Thomas Kinkade Print?
I have googled Thomas Kinkade prints, the official website, and see a framed print that looks like yours for $195. You should have a look for yourself. If that is the case, and this is like your picture, you could maybe get $175, although I think $150 would...

Others have given you great advice. I did have another thought, although it is quite horrible, but I am going to suggest it anyway. Do you think that Jason is making your life miserable now that you have cancer so that you will get so fed up that you will just...

Leaving an Abusive Spouse?
I dont want to totally terrify you, but I do want to emphasize that you must leave, or get your husband removed from the house as soon as possible. I dont exactly know the best way to go about this, but I would start with a womans shelter. Since you are the...

Coordinating Furniture and Accessory Colors?
When you say rug, do you mean an accent rug, or wall to wall carpeting? If you are meaning carpeting, that is your first choice. If you mean an accent rug, that comes second. Usually, the first choice is your floor covering, then your walls (although they are...

Painting After Wallpaper Removal?
In my limited experience, if the wall was previously primed and painted there is no need to prime it again after you remove all the wallpaper and glue residue. The only time you need to prime a previously painted wall is if you are trying to cover a colour...

Sharing Living Expenses With Girlfriend?
Personally, I do not think that you should be contemplating marrying someone who is not interested in being a family with your children. The sharing of the finances is simply a symptom of the bigger issue. Since you are taking marriage classes, hopefully this...

Responsibilities of POA?
I believe Power of Attorney is for legal and financial matters. If you have been caring for your mother-in-law and no financial arrangements were made, I do not think that you have any recourse. If your sister-in-law behaves as you say, it doesnt matter what...

Color Advice for Drapes?
This is a very neutral pallet. I would choose cream drapes that match the walls, as I think drapes and walls should provide a quiet background. However, I suppose you could pick a patterned drape in just about any combo using the tan, black, cream and an accent...

Living Room Curtain Color Advice?
