Breed Information: Scottish Fold
The Scottish Fold is an unusual looking breed. They are medium-sized muscular cat with a fairly heavy bone structure and famous for having ears that fold forward and downward. The tips of their ears are rounded and they are set on their head in cap-like fashion.
The Chartreux is medium in size and large and sturdy in build. They have a wide forehead, narrow muzzle, semi-long legs and large paws. In general, they give the appearance of being robust and solid. This breed has a beautiful medium-short coat that is blue-gray in color.
From a distance this breed appears large and expressive. They have medium-long fur that is soft like a rabbits and begs to be stroked. This is a large breed with males weighing 15 to 20 pounds or more. They are heavy-boned and muscular with a fat pad present on their abdomen, regardless of their weight.
The Persian is perhaps the best-known and most easily recognized of the cat breeds today. In appearance, it is a medium-sized cat with a short, compact body, deep chest, muscular shoulders, short, strong legs, and a short powerful neck.
