Reception Ideas: Lunch for 100 People

I am planning a wedding for my sister. I need to feed 100 people on a limited budget. I think we have at least 10 vegetarians. It doesn't need to be incredibly formal. I need at least one meal for meat eaters, a meal for vegetarians, a couple kinds of salad and some snacky food. The cake is taken care of. I want the food to be as tasty as possible but not too expensive. It can really add up fast when you are feeding this many people. For example, if I budget 10 dollars per person I am looking at 1000, which is too much. Thank you! Tammy

Moss Growing on Red Tile Roof

I am trying to find some tips to prevent moss from growing on a red tile roof. I like the roof a lot but every few years the moss needs to be removed and its very difficult to remove it without breaking tiles. In fact, even professional cleaners break tiles when they go up there. They don't make the tiles anymore so I have to pay quite a bit for them to get replacements. Its the only drawback with an otherwise beautiful tile roof. Thanks Grizfan

Are you not happy with my tips? I have entered a thrifty tip almost every day, yet I haven't seen one displayed for days.

I had entered a nice way to enjoy prunes twice but it never was posted on your newsletter.

Please advise.

Thank you.
